WAPAS
WAPAS (Warranty Payment System) is a solution for reimbursement of the warranty claims. There is a specific solution for car producers (WAPAS manufacturer) and a specific one for importers (WAPAS importer).
Both are transferred from central template to customer‘s SAP system and adjusted to use existing SAP FI, SD and MM processes. This solution is part of ISAC/ISAC2 template.
