As Operations GCC, we are a highly skilled and agile team of 13 professionals, committed to delivering expert support for the SAP SuccessFactors HR system across the Volkswagen Group.

Acted as a key user and training coordinator during the local rollout of SuccessFactors at Škoda Auto, responsible for hyper-care support, managing change requests, and coordinating workaround solutions to ensure smooth adoption.

Skilled in data migration and SuccessFactors reporting. Known for deep system knowledge and a strong focus on data validation and process integrity throughout the change lifecycle.
