With over 7 years of enterprise-grade experience in PostgreSQL implementation and more than 5 years with MongoDB, our agile and flexible operations team possesses deep technical expertise in both database platforms. The team handles a comprehensive range of operational tasks, including installation, configuration, high-availability setups, patching, upgrading, monitoring, backup and restoration, performance tuning, and automation using bash scripting and Ansible Tower. Currently, our team at Škoda manages over 600 PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases in both on-premise and cloud environments. We provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, including a 24/7 on-call duty service.
